Welcome to the sugar beet growers Crop Profitability Initiative system.

This system, provided by British Sugar and the BBRO, allows growers to calculate their crop production costs and compare themselves with industry ‘benchmarks’. Growers can then focus on areas they may be able to improve upon to increase their sugar beet profitability.

To use this system, you will need to logon with your growers contract number and password in the same way as you do to access British Sugar On-Line (www.bsonline.co.uk).

Please enter your accurate costings and the system will then calculate your crop profitability as detailed on the report screen. Once your finalised costings information is submitted, do not change these until you receive an email or notification on British Sugar On-Line indicating how you can test ‘what if’ scenarios.

This system is a secure site and the individual data collected is treated in confidence and will not be forwarded to any third parties or used for commercial gain. Information is treated in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
